Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Extreme2+ Bluetooth Headset's sound quality and ease of use. Many also appreciate its comfortable fit and lightweight design, while some found the price reasonable for the performance. However, a recurring concern is that the volume could be improved, and some experienced connection issues. The battery life and Bluetooth connectivity received mixed reviews.

I have used several Bluetooth devices in the past and this is the worst. It is extremely uncomfortable and leave a sore spot on both the inside and outside of my ear. The Byam is also very low. I would not recommend purchasing this device if you plan on wearing it for any length of time.

I use my Bluetooth all the time and have had a lot of them. Overall this one is awful. You can't hear and people can't hear you. It turns off if you don't talk for awhile so you miss calls. It is not compatability with text to speach. I will be taking it back as soon as I get back to town.

This unit does not pair well with my phone(Samsung Galaxy J7). I can receive calls but can not make calls. The phone is not on the list of phone, I should have check more closely or the associate should have been more helpful to me and not complaining to her co-worker.

Doesn't hold a battery charge for more than 5 hours before distorting your audible abilities. Customers complain they can't hear me well after about 3 hours.Sometimes powers off and powers on again and has even cut off calls. Think I got a dud but if not its a really poor quality unit for $50!!!

The volume does not go up very high so I could barely hear. In addition, it feels like it isn't sitting in my ear good but when i try to push it in further I cut the person I am talking to off. If you touch the top or the sides too tight it will disconnect. Piece of overpriced junk!

I have had trouble with Jabra headsetsd working in my ears and this is no different. The thing over the ear is uncomfortable and it doesn't even come close to my ear opening. I can't use the alternative because they don't fit eaither. Not BestBuy's fault, it is the Jabra.

No one can hear me when I use it. No matter which ear piece I use it never stays in my ear, mainly because it's too heavy/bulky. I stopped using it after a week because everyone was getting frustrated that they couldn't hear me, and vice versa.

There is not much to say, I simply do not think it is as user friendly or as good as the first Jabra I owned. It fell into the sink and I had to replace it. I should have not upgraded. I do not like the new one.
