    I HAVE USED JABRA BEFORE($39.99 MODEL). FIGURING THAT WAS GOOD, THE $79.99 MODEL WITH BLACKOUT NOISE REDUCTION WOULD BE BETTER. IT IS NOT. IT MIGHT EVEN BE WORSE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON "TECHNOLOGY" THAT DOESNT WORK.

    No warning on how much time you have left. Did not connect to all my contacts on my mobile phone. It hurt my ear....I could go on and on. Well you get what you pay for. I will never purchase this again!

    I cannot rate more than one star. The ear buds would not fit in my ear. Apparently my ear holes are much smaller than average person. My son tried them and they fit fine. He stated they were good quality.

    Bought this as a replacement for Plantronics product I accidentally washed. Tried every ear piece it came with but could not hear other callers & was told sound was muffled from my end as well. Took back to store.

    As a hands on Business owner, I need my hands to work. This Bluetooth headset is hard to hear and it has a hard time keeping connected when my phone is on my belt clip.

    This item would not stay connected and would reconnect over and over, so I threw it off a roof top, maybe it was the heat wave, but it should still work properly.

    It's a nice eat piece, but when I could hear fine, on the other end the other person could not hear and when driving, I had a hard time hearing who I was speaking to..

    The ear-piece would hang up every time I turned by head. I had to return it. the ergonomics of the ear-piece and on-off button are just incorrect.

    Connection will not hold, Bluetooth feature jumps off back to phone and continued back and forth on and off. Photo is as shown at top.

    This device doesn't stay in my ear and the sound isn't very good. I have also had more dropped calls using this device then any other.

    The ear piece on this hurts around the ear opening. You can only talk on it about 5 minutes before you start feeling pain.
