Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Extreme2+ Bluetooth Headset's sound quality and ease of use. Many also appreciate its comfortable fit and lightweight design, while some found the price reasonable for the performance. However, a recurring concern is that the volume could be improved, and some experienced connection issues. The battery life and Bluetooth connectivity received mixed reviews.

I'm comparing this unit to an old Motorola earpiece that unfortunately I lost. Pros: * Setup was easy and quick. * Nice size and weight as you don't know you are wearing it. * Sound quality is very good. * Specs say it has noise reduction which I'm not sure works or not. However, the audio is clear. * Connection is always quick and easy. No hassle here at all. * Volume control is in a convenient position. * Acceptable battery life but it seems like I'm charging it more than I did my old device. Cons: * The outer ear holder doesn't fit my ear comfortably so I went to the inner ear piece and it does much better but of course it isn't as secure as it can easily fall out. * The trend these days are to charge batteries using a USB connection. This is true of this device. However, I have a hard time understanding why this method is used as most of the times I need to charge the headset when there is no USB device around or on. The Extreme2 comes with a car charger also but I don't want to run out to my car to charge the headset. I prefer the charging cord where I can easily plug it in anywhere to charge the battery. * The connect button to me is in the wrong place as when pushing the earpiece into the ear your finger has to be on this button which then tries to connect again. This button should be mounted in another area. * For the first couple of weeks the audio was clear. Yesterday I had some static come through at times. This is on a station that I've been listening to for a couple of weeks so I don't believe it is the source but will continue to monitor. * This device doesn't maintain connection was well as my old Motorola device did. With the Jabra you pretty much have to have line-o- sight to maintain a good connection. Too many cut outs when walking into another room. * While I haven't had any issues with the ON/OFF switch I am not a fan of a mechanical switch where it is used so much as they normally break. There are other ways to turn devices like these ON/OFF without using mechanical switches.

Good quality sound for the price easy to pair with smart phone. One con so far is the headset does not stay in my ear vey well constantly popping out compared to other headset I have had in the past. The car charger seems to work ok so far, but only comes with a short USB cord to charging.

Purchased this about 2 months ago. The noise cancellation works extremely well. I can here maps very loud and well. I can hear ( i heart radio ) very well. My problem is when i get calls the person talking to me is very low volume. Can not get caller volume loud. After a search online i have found many many others have this same problem. I would noit recommend this bluetooth.

I had previously had the base model Jabra Bluetooth headset, which was nice, but background noise was really bothersome to the person on the other side. I purchased this one on sale at Best Buy because it offered noise cancelling, and I can honestly say that it makes a huge difference. Being in a crowded mall or coffee shop is no longer an issue when talking. Highly recommended.

I bought this to replace my current Motorola blue tooth, thinking that I would have a good product. I currently own a Jabra system for my home phone, and it works great. Was I ever disappointed when I bough this one!! First of all, as soon as you pair it, it does let you know, over and over and over again, to the tune of every 20 seconds you get the following, "Power on" or "Two Devices Connected" or "Connected". Like I said, this goes on and on, every 20 seconds, which is very annoying. This eventually stops, after you make a phone call, but, don't turn it off, you will have the same pleasure of hearing the "voice" again, over and over it again. Also, once connected, good luck maintaining that connection. I have two iPhone 6 devices, and, I get the pleasure of listening to the call connect and disconnect, which is very frustrating. I don't know what happened during the production of this device, but, the name is fitting, "Extreme2+", headaches!! Don't buy this product!! I wish I could say different, because Jabra does usually make a good product, but they failed here.

Needing to replace my old bluetooth that I finally wore out, I went looking and this is the one I chose. The sound quality is really good and the only complaint that I have is the part that fits around the ear is still a little tight. I'm thinking with a little wear that it will stretch to fit better.

I really wanted to like this but it is just a lousy Bluetooth device. Constantly disconnects when I'm in my car so I have to take my hands off the wheel. Volume is too quiet when you're driving anyway you can't hear the other person. Also several times when I had my phone and this device on the counter and a phone call came in the device answer the phone automatically and when I was nowhere near it. I bought a $29 Plantronics and it's way better than this one.

This one was just plain annoying.. I couldn't hear the caller, they could hear the wind and background noise better than they could hear me.. this is a poor quality headset. Maybe descent for the cost.

This bluetooth works well for what I need. I have no complaints what so ever. You could spend a lot more money and get something slightly better quality but not by much.

I've had versions of this headset in the past and I loved it. The only I problem I have with this new one is that the volume on phone calls is way too low. Music, maps/navigation, the volume is good and you dont need to have it at max. On phone calls however, even with volume tuned to max it is too low. I will be returning this

My husband bought this Bluetooth device for me. I love that I can have Siri make my calls. I also love that Siri tells me who or the number that is calling. Very comfortable too.

Bought this for work since I drive for a living. This thing is light and comfortable but if you work someplace louder than a library, don't bother. The "noise cancelling" is as effective as having your phone on speaker and leaving it on the other side of the cab. Plus even in a quiet area the noise output is incredibly low.

I bought this product recently and less than a month after using it, it stopped working! I charge it completely, it works, and when I'm done I turn it off. I hear it say "Power Off" but regardless after a day or so it is completely dead. This is a terrible product and I am so disappointed. Do not buy - total waste of money. I had other products by this brand that I loved but this one was just horrible.
