It took me awhile to figure out how to wear them, the included instruction manual leaves something to be desired. I had to look up a youtube video just to figure how earwings are supposed to be positioned in the ear. Be sure to get the Jabra Assist app for iOS or Android, it enables certain features and provides a more detailed manual. I still don't get how to use the earwings completely and I don't like the earhooks because they interfere with my glasses. But they do stay in my ears quite well. The reviews on Amazon are very positive, but I bought at Best Buy for the same price as Amazon. And I was able to pick up in store. (YAY!) Other than the lack of detailed instructions, they provided really good sound. I like the voice feedback and audible on/off sounds.

It feel off my neck

And lost it before I got back home on the Sunday. I kept checking for it all of the day. It kept slipping off of my neck. And sure enough, when I got home on Sunday evening it was no were to be found. I was so so disappointed. I bought it to use while working out but I never got a chance to use it while exercising because it fell off of my neck while just walking around a grocery store. I'm bummed.

6 months and battery died

Jabra client service is absolutely terrible, it took me like 2 weeks until them finally send me a form to claim the warranty. On top of that, the sound is not that great and it slips when you're running.

Waste of money

They kept either falling out of my ears or would pop out. The adjusters kept moving even with the "lock" The controls are bulky and get in the way. After about 1.5weeks of owning these I just threw them in the trash. A complete WASTE of money and I couldn't return them. I bought them because they were cheaper than my other pair. Won't make the mistake of buying a brand I don't know ever again.

Unable to charge or pair with phone. Even when it was working, the audio would drop out when the cord moved.
