I loved the sound quality and long battery life out of the box. I recommended these to other people I know. Their sets broke before mine. The headset hangs up calls, disconnects and pauses randomly. The buttons no longer work and now I'm down to one earbud.

Love these headphones they stay charged for a very long time, just the magnetic buds can get attached to any medeal

The headphone falls down to you back when you are walking and not plugged in you ears.

Perfect for a quite place to listen to. I on the other hand need more noise cancellation since I work at a very loud place that runs CNCs and air compressors.

Bluetooth reception is poor. I actually only use these during yard work. The constant skipping is annoying.

I've been a long time user of the LG's around the neck headsets and had grown tired of them breaking and their other little quirks so I was desperately searching for another brand to improve on the LG's design. I had read the reviews and noticed that the cords on these were thicker and since one of the LG's problems is that the cords are too thin and they break I believed these were te answer to my prayers. Boy was I wrong. Upon opening the package I noticed the cords were thicker and the overall feel of these headsets made them feel well made, however the neck band is very tight and not very flexible. This is a problem for me because I wear my headsets for work and hide them under my shirt collar. Since the band was tight and inflexible I couldn't get them under the collar without it not fitting right. Even without having them under the collar they felt too tight for all day wear. I can't speak as to call quality because as soon as I saw the product was Ill fitting I returned it. In the meantime I'll continue to use my old LG's(third pair) and wait for a better product.

The Jabra headset works great. The device will connect to more that one bluetooth at the same time.

Stayed on my neck but the mic pics up every little sound ear buds sound good . But if you are looking to use it mostly for phone calls this is not the one for you. Or the person trying to speak to you . They will hate you for all the noise
