I bought this product 2 days ago; and now isn't working the way I expected. It pairs easy, but the same way it unpair.

Although a good product, even with the Mee converter, it is not compatible and cannot provide the audio with televised broadcasts.

Could not reconnect to my phone. Called manufacturer and was never resolved.

Not what I expected for the price. Picks up all outside noise amplified in your callers ear. Returned them after 1 try

Used this headset for two months. In the process of getting a warranty replacement due to a short on the right side. Have to flex neck band in order to get right side to operate but when it ultimately flexes back the right side shorts out again. Made in China, cheaply, not durable. I expect to eventually have the same issue with the replacement, but we shall see.

Started out good but it's already stopped working after two months. It won't turn on.

I have had all the Bluetooth headsets you can think of from LG to Samsung Levels to Motorola Bud's... So when I saw Jabra making a around the neck headset I had to try it. One thing that was always a nuance was background noise when using the headsets. I even got the, man there's a lot of background noise with the $200 tone Platinum's which are collecting dust since I got the Jabra's. I haven't gotten that complaint yet with the halo's... Another feature I wanted was a battery meter on my phone when using the headsets. With the Jabra app you now get a battery meter right in your top info bar. No needing to open an app or press any buttons on the headset. As far as music goes these sound better than some of the headsets I mentioned above. I tweaked the sound in the music player on my phone to my liking and I couldn't be happier. The only negative thing I found was the ear buds really didn't fit my ears to my liking so supplemented those with a pair from my other headsets and they now fit perfectly in my ears. Battery life is anything short of amazing. I took these off the charger after the very first charge on Sunday, fathers day I've used these all week for calls and music and as of Saturday 6/25 I still have 35% battery left! These are definitely worth the price of admission!

I think i just got a bad unit .would not pair with my Samsung phone

Easily disconnected from the phone intended for. Wouldn't recommend if used often.

Ear bugs didn't fit. Kept falling out. Returned for a better fitting Bose model.

This is a great product. I only use it for business when I am in the car traveling, After 2 months of use, the complete back part where the battery is became disassembled . Yes black tape will cover the part where it does not want to connect any longer but for this price I expected a lot more.

Were good enough to get me to my next set of ear buds.

not great for music and the microphone picks up too much outside noise

used to us my ibuds for everything but for calls they pretty much suck, especially outside when theres even the littlest bit of wind. i read the reviews and when i saw that these were wind resistant and water resistant too, i had to go for it at the sale price. so far these are the bomb, wear them all day and my phone battery will drain way before these do. totally comfortable around my neck, sound is great. even better i use these for all my calls and my customers can hear me crystal clear, and when i'm done i can still use them for listening to music. best use of $60 i ever spent, if you make lots of calls and like to listen to music, these are the buds for you.

Headset overheated on my neck, and stop charging..

I was exited when i got this and when i started i got comments saying lot of background noise and cant hear me properly. so i had returned it back ... not at all good product.

Already had this product over 5 months and right ear plug already losing sound. Also when headset it’s around my neck sometimes it falls back without even making quick body movement.

At first I thought it was good. Easy to use. Didn't last long. Didn't perform simple things. Like I said would not recommend.
