I really like the quality of the sound and the Bluetooth but I feel that it has an issue with the waiting balance it falls off my neck a lot and doesn't stay in my ears

Can't set it to automatically answer. Could be I'm behind in the learning curve, but it's awkward at this point. Sound quality is excellent. Lightweight, in handy to use.

Full disclosure, I have not listened to music with these. I bought them solely for talking. However, I have listened to a podcast or two with them and they were great. But for talking these buds are top notch. And they are also very sophisticated. If you want to answer a call just separate the buds from each other. The buds are held together by magnets. Very smart if you ask me! I've read that they sound good for music as well, as long as you have a good seal. For the price these are excellent. And they also have other neat features I did not mention.

These work very well but are a bit heavy on the back and tend to slip.off. I nearly lost them after using them while driving, leaving them on and stopping for gas. Fell off when I paid. If the clerk hadn't stopped me I'd have left them on the floor

Liked the headphones, but doesn't stay in ear for longer time.and if you want to buy it for workout or running, don't even think of it. Might fit some people if used in stationary position.

These are great. I had some LG Tone Platinum before these and i prefer these over the platinums. They have excellent battery life and great sound. Plus people can hear me just fine.

Battery lasts long, can listen to music and talk on the phone all day long and the battery won't drain. Convenient enough for working out, running included. Sound quality is good

Great build quality and relatively good sound. Unfortunately, I had to return because nothing I did would keep them in my ears. Not a product flaw, just weird ears! LOL I'd definitely consider if the earbuds were different!

Great audio. The bendable neck band enables you to adjust. It so it fits round your neck snugly preventing it from coming off your neck. Long battery life. Highly recommend

Got this as a gift for my fiancée who makes phone calls at work all day and loves to listen to music. He got amazing hours of battery and sound quality.

the sound is great,the battery life is very good more that 12 hours, but the design is very bad,,this is not for work,work out or outside .

Great sound quality compared to my powerbeats and cheaper. Definitely, I will purchase the same product and recommend to others. Plus, you can buy the Geek Warranty from Bestbuy that you can't on the beats.

It's my first Bluetooth headset so I don't have much to go on. Battery life is really great. Works better than my car Bluetooth. It can tend to slide back at times but other than it has met my expectations.

Yes, it is a pretty good device for its price. I have nothing to complaint about except its USB charging slot. It is not very convenient to use. I like its light weight, battery life and its stylish design.

They are good with background noise. They don't seem to fit that well in your ears tho. I like them needs to fit better in the ear.

Bought it for my mom great headphones, the battery last forever, 16hrs, but the phone calls sound very distorted and not a big fan, but music sounds great

Around the neck is very stiff and uncomfortable. The sound was ok. Must be fully charged to get great result. The features are great.

My teenager loves his new bluetooth headphones. They are a great starter pair. You cannot be real active with this set as the ear buds will fall out, but most people are not as active as a teenage boy.
