Sound was good and it was comfortable. Problem is, they changed the location and “action” of the buttons so you are now pushing directly into the ear canal to activate the device - and you have to push hard. It hurts! Tried it for a week but just couldn’t stand it. Unfortunately I had to return it. I can’t recommend this product.
