Posted .Hello 1970. We are happy that you like the Jabra Mini but we are sad to read that the earhook is hurting your ears. You can choose between 2 ergo-designed eargels for optimal fit and comfort. The earhook can be but doesn't need to be attached to the Mini for a more secure fit and can be worn with or without the eargel. The battery life for the Mini is up to 9 hours talk time and up to 9 days standby besides that the Mini has a Voice Guidance function and will announce when the battery is low.
