Random disconnects, which I would have swapped out for; but the button for talk is a very poor design and the device can’t seem to connect or make a voice call without several attempts. Returned and went to a different brand.

Difficult for me to operate. Instead I set my iPhone on speaker. Returned the Jabri to Best Buy for a no-questions-asked refund.
