Customers are saying

Customers appreciate the Sport Coach Wireless Sports Earbuds for their excellent sound quality, comfortable and secure fit, and lightweight design. However, some users have noted that the battery life could be improved, and there have been reports of Bluetooth connectivity issues and occasional volume limitations. Many found them comfortable to wear for extended periods. The price point was also generally considered reasonable.

No problem connecting to phone on first try. Sweat doesn't seem to bother them.

    Great Earbuds---Teenagers's Pick

Love the extras: Press the left earbud to hear how far you've gone, average distance and calories burned and more. You can customize what you're looking for in the app. The app has a lot to offer. Spend a little time looking through the app and you'll know what I mean. They stayed comfortably in my ears while doing my work outs. Music was clear. I used these mowing the lawn, biking, running and lifting. I'm a teenager, busy with football and working out. I really like these wireless ear buds-Some of my friends have tried them out and thought they were awesome and bought some too. The only thing I wish it had was the magnet sleep mode that the Jabra Rox has. Great product!

I have bought electronics from Best Buy in the past and never had any issues. This item I would not recommend. Received the item, charged it, press the power button and the headphones would not turn on. Charge the headphones the next day, press the power button and still wouldn't turn on. Received a refund when I returned the headphones. Don't purchase these headphones.

There has to be better out there...

Be careful with these headphones. They look cool and are advertised as being some of the best bluetooth in ear headphones. A couple not so great things I've noticed... Battery life is definitely not 5.5 hours. It's more like 4 hours if you are constantly playing music and I've noticed battery drains decently even if they are off. I don't know if it's just my pair but mine constantly cut in and out when I'm outside. Don't bother trying to use them for a sport like snowboarding. Also, the controls on the headphones are whacky. If you are used to the standard controls (double tap to skip forward, triple to skip backwards) Jabra has decided to go against the norm and use different controls that take a bit to get used to. Most notably, double tap is redial so be prepared to make some unwanted calls if you use these functions. Overall, headphones are decent if you are indoors and near something to charge them. Battery life and the headphones cutting in and out outside is the greatest downfall of what could have been great headphones for me.

Useful product, good fit, broke within 15 days

Disclaimer I purchased this 13 days ago. It broke and I went in today to exchange it hoping it was just defective. I read quite a few reviews about various products and found they all have some drawback which folks don't like...not loud enough, cord sticks to the back of your neck, cord not long enough, cord too long, ear buds uncomfortable/don't fit correctly, etc. Basically every product in this category has something folks don't like. I decided to buy this product when it went on sale because it looked comfortable and i liked having the tracking information. I don't need the heart rate monitor function of the Pulse version and this was a bit cheaper. Uses: I use this in the gym for weightlifting and cardio. I live in the south where its usually hot a humid so I really need something that claims to be sweat-proof. I use them for outside runs of 3-5 miles. Pros: 1. I thought they were comfortable. I experimented with various sizes of ear buds and found that they were easy to put in your ears and comfortable. 2. Easy to Use. Controls are simple. 3. The voice quality on phone calls for both party's is clear and crisp. 4. Strength of signal. When used in the gym i could walk about 20-30 ft away and not loose signal. 5. Distance recording is very accurate. 6. The battery lasted approx 5 hours. Longer than i need. Slightly annoying: the bluetooth connection does skip a bit. I noticed that while in the gym when around others who also had wireless earbuds it did it more often. Like each was interfering with the other. I run with my phone in my hand. When holding the phone in my left hand there were far more skips than when in my right hand. I guess the sensor is in the right side where the volume controls are located. Bad: 1.After going for a run with them today I packed up my stuff and headed to the gym. I turned them off after my run. When i arrived at the gym they did not turn on. Nothing. Nada. When I returned home I plugged them in to charge. Light illuminated. Turned green about 30 minutes later. I tested them and nothing happened. However the left ear bud had a crackling static/hiss. I pressed the "coach" button and they immediately connected to my iPhone. That's not supposed to happen. I used the microphone to turn them off but it self started 5 seconds after being turned off. Tried it again. Same thing. They turned themselves on immediately. Eventually they did not come on at all so I went back to Best Buy to exchange them. 2. The sound quality is just OK. they're not going to blow your socks off. In the gym you will hear background noise. I had the volume all the way up on my iPhone and the earbds and there was no worry of ever having hearing loss. However ,this was somewhat ok when running outside because I could hear traffic. So maybe it depends on your desired use. I used them for 6 weightlifting sessions and 7 runs before they quit. Fortunately BB has a 15 day return policy so I was able to exchange them. I plan to put these to good use over the next 2 weeks to ensure these work. I hope it was bad karma that I turned down the 2 yr warranty policy at the register. If these fail then I'll just buy a pair of actual swimming earbuds which are designed to be water/sweat proof.

Great sound but incredibly poor quality

When I first bought the Jabra Coach, I was pleased with audio quality and the fit in the ear. The built in battery died after three months. It happens, sometimes. I chalked it up to a "fluke". Jabra was excellent when it came to sending a replacement. However, after only having the replacement for not more than a couple weeks, the battery in that set has died, also. For $150, how can this happen? I'll be looking at other companies from now on, and avoiding anything Jabra. Quality just can't be trusted.

Pros: Good sound quality. Cons: Short Bluetooth range. I use it with my Apple watch when I jog and when I would swing my arms the Bluetooth would cut out. Returned for Powerbeats 2 which work just great in same situation.

I really wanted to like these, BUT

...as a runner I found a few problems with these. First of all, all of the cord was constantly sliding to the side with the volume control, and the rubbery nature of the cord was causing the cord to tug against my neck. This resulted in me having to tug the cord the other way to balance the weight...which would never stay even. I did not try the cord shortener more than once, because it caused the buds to tug to the back of my neck, dislodging them. Secondly, I switched from iPhone to Android, and (my bad) didn't save the product code, so I was stuck using the Android app with the buds. I know- my fault. It is unfortunate, however, that the app is a requirement to get the best sound out of this unit.

The battery died/would not charge. Jabra would replace the item promply without hassle but each pair would die after 2-3 weeks. Sadly this product is a complete fail and should have never passed UAT; it's a waste of your money.
