At first I had the same complaint until I started changing my iPod equalizer settings when using them. For these headphones I use the bass boost option and it made a big difference. Obviously not a lo of bass due to the kind of headphones they are but much better than before I turned on that setting.

Great earbuds ..... Almost as good as Elite 65t

The 65t's are the best earbuds on the market hands-down. I must say, at a fraction of the price, these are surprisingly good. I will even say that they sound as good, maybe even better than my Bose. My only wish is that I could use the Jabra EQ app to customize the sound.

Unfortunately, I could not get the Bluetooth to connect with my Apple Watch for running. It seems to only be computable with my iPhone. Disappointing but I will need to return them. I was hoping to avoid overpriced Beats headphones

The clarity of the audio is superb, the fit is amazing! I have small ears and usually that is a hugeee problem on finding a product that doesnt hurt me and this one is really comfortable. The battery last long. Im not 100% fond of the color but it coordinates well with athletic clothing so thats more than OK.

I have had issues at times with the bluetooth connection and the battery is lucky to last 3 hrs on a full charge. I am looking to replace them. The app for the headphones wants me to download firmware yet there is no option for Android only windows and apple.
