    NOT Water and Sweat Resistant

My initial impression was very favorable for these earbuds. They were comfortable, sounded good and stayed in place while running. Unfortunately, that opinion didn't last long. After only 3 runs of approximately 8 miles each, the buttons stopped responding. The weather has been cool and I don't sweat much while running, so this really surprised me. I exchanged them with the hopes that I just had a bad pair. Nope! The replacements last for 4 runs before the died completely. To advertise these as water and sweat resistant is a joke. It you plan to use them for every day listening, they should be a good option. BUT... for people looking for bluetooth earbuds for fitness, I'd STRONGLY recommend that they keep looking.

    not happy after all

Bought my first pair on 4/1, loved the fit, sound, length of charge everything, on the 13th they stopped charging. I learned that I could exchange them within 15 days which I did returning them on 4/14 and getting a new pair. Those worked until the 17th when they could no longer find my phone to pair to. Again went back to the store on the 18th and exchanged them after meeting with the Geek Squad and the cell phone department. It was recommended I give them yet another try that they sell many of these and have no issues.......I did, charged them, went to the gym, used them for 1 hour when they shut off and now will not charge again. Extremely frustrated after this whole mess.

I have used a lot of bluetooth headphones, Buy these! The sound stage is super wide so they feel as though you are wearing a larger on ear or over ear headphone. I get just shy of 6 hours on the battery. 15 mins of charge gives you another hour. They are super comfortable to wear for hours. My one and only gripe would be the three button control, it hangs slightly higher then other headphones so the mic is further away from your mouth causing a distant sound when talking.

I got these as a Christmas present for my wife. They stay on her ears much better than her older set. Good buy

These headphones are very weak sounding for the price. I used at the gym and I had trouble hearing the music over my surroundings. That's with the volume all the way up. They function well, but the lack of volume kills it. I have a cheap pair of headphones that came with my my Samsung phone and they sound much better.

The product details say this has a limit distance of up to 33 feet. This is far below what I've been able to go. I can get the range of 50+ through two walls on multiple occasions. I am very happy with the sounds quality. I've only own this product for about a month, but overall I am very happy with it.

    Good When It Works

Mine has stopped working and won't charge anymore. I had them for 2 months and randomly one day they refused to charge. I contacted Jabra and to their credit, the customer service was great. They sent out a replacement product free of charge. However, after having the replacement set for 2 months, I'm having the EXACT issue as before where they won't charge. There seems to be a serious defect with these headphones. When they work, I love them. The comfort is great. Easy to change songs, pause, and turn up or down the volume. But for the price, I expect the product to work for more than 2 months. I've submitted another request to Jabra for the second pair that stopped working. I will update my review once I hear back. Only reason for the 2 star instead of 1 is their customer service has been very responsive.

    Will eventually break

I would not suggest wasting your money on this product. It will eventually stop working and Jabra will only send you another pair that will stop working after 2 uses. I purchased the Jabra Sport Pace in Blue from a Best Buy store on 2/26/16 without reading any reviews. Looked perfect for what I needed it for, a wireless headphone that I could run with. However, after only about 5 weeks; as on 4/6/16 I put in my request to Jabra Support. After finally receiving my replacement this past Friday 4/15/16, this one stopped working after only 2 uses. Called Jabra again for a refund and they wont give one. Extremely disappointed...

I purchased these at the end of Dec. After one week they would not take a charge. Best Buy exchanged with no problems. Thanks Best Buy. I have had the second pair for 1 1/2 months and they will no longer take a charge. Horrible quality, especially for the price.

    Defective??

I seriously gave it plenty of opportunities to prove me wrong; but, it still didn't work out. I had to exchange it for something else. It mainly stayed powered for 30 minutes, if I were lucky. It would continuously disconnect during a workout and I'd have to reconnect. And, it didn't seem like it kept the charge. Sometimes it wouldn't even power on, when I've had it charge for over a day. It also hurt my ear.

DO NOT BUY THESE EAR BUDS (unless you are my foe)

For details about my experience with this product, see my comment to Duane’s review (it’s September 2019, and his one star review was posted about a month ago). Basically, Jabra Sport Pace is garbage. Bought a set in December 2018. It died in February 2019. Jabra sent me a replacement pair. The replacement pair died in May 2019. Jabra sent me another replacement pair. It’s September 2019, and the second replacement pair just died. Don’t waste your time or money on this junk. It uses an inferior battery that doesn’t last more than a few months. It eventually will not hold any charge whatsoever. Look at the other one star reviews. These are not isolated incidents. This is a pattern. This is an inferior and poorly made product. Do yourself a favor and look to other manufacturers that will provide a product that lasts more than a few months. I wish there was a rating lower than one star for Jabra Sport Pace. I’m asked whether I would recommend this product to a friend. Of course I have said no. It might be more helpful to shoppers if I was asked whether I would recommend the product to a foe. Well, to all my foes out there, please buy this product.

    Started out okay

This really was a great headset. The sound was crisp with good mids and highs, not heavy on bass like other headsets I tried. Some manufacturers use bass to hide poor sound quality. I really was happy with my purchase. However, 8 months later it stopped charging. Jabra support was not very helpful with replacing or repairing the device. I even registered my product after purchase. I expected my headset to last at least until after the warranty expired.

These are so lightweight, I thought I would love them. Stating that they were sweat resistant and held a 6 hour charge, they should have been perfect. Unfortunately, after only 45 minutes, my music kept cutting out and it disconnected when I traveled 10 ft from my phone!

Don't buy this product. I bought this product at a bust buy. A few months after I bought it it stopped working where it would not charge and would not power up. I submitted a ticket online with Jarba customer support along with a screen shot of my Best Buy rewards zone purchase history showing the original purchase price that I paid and my Best buy account info. You would of thought that this would be good proof of purchase but Jarba denied my claim and they told me when I called that I must have my original purchase receipt. Luckily I found my original purchase receipt and after making follow up calls to Jarba when I did not hear anything from them on my claim they finally sent me a new replacement. The replacement only lasted a few months and it died too with the same issue where it will not charge and will not power up.
