Easy to pair to phone, sound fantastic. The only issue I had was during the initial setup of the device the directions where not clear as how to hop up the clear ear PC. Other than that works great and a long battery life.

The main problems I have with this Bluetooth first that it has no volume control on it, second it sometimes falls out of my ear and third the off/on switch is on the inside of the talk piece. I like the style because it fits close to my face and doesn't stick out. The audio is good and like I said above, I have to adjust the volume using my phone.

I love this BT! I have had many over the years and this is the best. As a companion to my iphone or apple watch it's like walking around with an Echo or Google Home in your ear. Battery, call quality and comfort all 2 thumbs up!

I looked at several items similar and compared cost and value. I am very pleased with the clarity and quality of the Bluetooth. I would suggest this item to someone searching for an earpiece.

This is a great bluetooth that stays in the ear for extended periods of time. Conversations are generally easy to hear with this device, but the mic does not always pick up my voice clearly.

I don't like ear pieces in both ears. I like this. It does "lose" my phone sometimes. Off/on switch be better served if it was not between your face and the ear piece - perhaps on the side

I had on my previous Bluetooth device for five years. I loved it, but recently lost it. Finding one that fits correctly and has good sound quality is difficult. But this headset provides both comfort and good sound quality.

I've used Jabra Bluetooth headsets for years and this is the best yet. Stays in my ear and is comfortable to wear. Long battery life and has an on/off switch. Great sound and for people on the other end no issues with hearing me clearly.

At first I though that this was the best Bluetooth headset out there but sadly have to return it because start being to uncomfortable for my ear canals I just think mine are sort of small so thease peace was just not for me. but hey every ear is different so maybe for some one else this can be the best and lightest Bluetooth you just have to try them.

I have had this for a littler over a month now. I hardly notice that it is there until a call comes in. It stays in fairly well, even when I am moving fast. Totally worth the price. I would buy another without hesitation.

I like the fact that my hands are free but gee these are a tad loose. I'm not sure if it's because theyre too big or too small- but they are uncomfortable.

The ear piece was comfortable, connected well, durable, but had no volume adjustment.
