I really never used a Bluetooth ear piece before but this one is great. It is small and lite. Nice and loud. You can use Siri with a button on the ear piece. People that I talk to say it sounds great.

It's lightweight and fits well in my ear. The sound. quality is great.

This is a great headset. The reason for the 4 stars is due to it taking a while to sync up, but worked flawlessly after the fact.

I bought a different Bluetooth the week before I bought this one. It had a huge piece that went behind my ear which I hated. This one is 10 times more comfortable and the sound quality it great!

It fits great doesn't make my ear sore sound quality is OK but I have never found one that was really all that good with out being for both ears

The ear piece works great. Good quality sound. Good battery life. Can get a little uncomfortable wearing it for long periods of time.

It's been a pretty good little Bluetooth and I've had a few. Only complaints I have is it will frequently answer calls whether I want to or not if I don't say "ignore call" fast enough. Also would like to be able to turn volume up a little higher at times.

This is the earpiece that I have ever purchased over my years of having a cell phone. It's light weight, comfortable, and hardly noticeable when wearing it.

Sometimes it will not connect to the phone and you'll have to go back and re-pair it to the phone , and I use it with two phones at one time . it's clear , comfortable and people tell me they can hear me clearly on their end when I'm using it

works well with a number of my devices and can use in car to call out hands free

The answer button on this Bluetooth is in the wrong place. The Bluetooth does not stay in ear, yes I have tried the other ear fittings that comes with the Bluetooth and none fits correctly in order for the Bluetooth to stay in my ear. To properly put it back in place you have to press on the area were the answer/end call button is.... hence my dilemma with this model.

My wife loves this Bluetooth! Very comfortable to wear even in her small ear canal. She sounds very clear to me and has no trouble understanding her callers.

I have used a variety of headsets through the years with my corporate job. I thought I would give this one a try as it was small, compact, not noticeable and pricier than average. However, upon purchasing I had feedback using it. I would hear crackling noise and couldn't correct it even with turning it off or re-pairing it. I opted for another model and have much better success.

This was my second Jabra and I purchased only because I lost my eclipse. Sound and quality are great as expected - just not a comfortable fit. Gave it to someone else and it fit them perfect so maybe it's just the size of the ear.

I was looking for a niouse reducing ear piece for work. It has been great for that and affordable

My husband and I both have one, they work great. The earpiece could be more comfortable though.

It fits close to your face which is a plus. Sometimes the piece that fits in the ear will come loose with one piece staying in the ear and the blue tooth itself winding up in your hand but it easily snaps together. Once you get use to it, you get a better handle on how to put it in your ear.
