I have used many earpieces. this one is more secure in my ear than any I have used. Does not handle wind noise well and needs some smaller sized cushions for smaller ears like mine. But, sound quality during call is good. Overall positive rating.

This unit does an okay job when being used in quiet or semi quiet areas. we purchased these to be used in Semi trucks and with the noise they have a hard time sorting out the voice from back ground noise. the style, durability are just fine and seem to last but hard to hear voice when on other end and it is a noisy environment.

Great sound clarity and fits well in my ears well. Most people I talk to while using it don't even know I'm on my headset.

Sound is good, but the connection with my devices isn't stable. Also, the earpiece hurts my ear. I even bought the extra accessory ear pieces and it hurts. Looks like I'm back to the drawing board.

Started off a bit slow with connecting and working, not sure why, but once it was set, it worked perfect. I love this headset, it works great, sound is great, and other people can hear me perfectly. 5 Stars!!

Some times I have problems to listen or it goes like is on mute.

I can actually hear the other party quite well. Ear piece does not hurt it rests comfortably in ear.

My only complaint is that the range from the phone is quite short.

This headset is lightweight and mostly enjoyable. At times, it bothers the ear canal. I am still trying different size ear gels to hopefully overcome this. I still give it a thumbs up compared to other headsets I've owned.

Bluetooth tech seems to be improving in all areas aside from the ear piece arena. In light of that this is the best out there at the moment. Ear bud falls off easily and volume is limited....
