Put simply, this product did not meet my expectations. I exchanged my original earpiece because it sounded robotic and began having issues pairing to Bluetooth, however it did have easy features to adjust the volume. Sadly enough, I cannot day the same about this product. You would think this earpiece would have volume controls, but surprisingly- it does not.

It didn't block noise - especially winds. The BestBuy associate asked me to purchase and test it myself. If it does not work, return it. Beware !!! : BestBuy started to use a 3rd party company to watch the total number of return you make. If you hit the magic number of return, you cannot return until 90 days. In my opinion, this is to protect seller (selling product that does not do what is written on the box). It appears that the "customer satisfaction" is not the priority anymore.
