I was missing calls because of loud back-round noise when I am working. It took care of that problem plus frees my hands to keep working while I talk. People on the other end do not hear the noise, but we can hear each other just fime. Great product!

Great noise cancelation

However, this thing talks in your Year while not on a call constantly. Saying it's connected, then disconnected, constantly, ugh. Also when making a call it automatically disconnects and you have to manually connect. So if noise cancellation is your top concern A+, ease of use D-
