I bought it to replace my plantronics that broke. I had it for two weeks to and it just did not compare to how I liked my plantronics so I returned it and got a new plantronics headset. I would definitely recommend if Jabra is your thing.

The sound was only ok, people on the other end often said that they had a hard time hearing me when using this vs. other BT headsets. I would not purchase again.

In any case you are in a public place and you want to increase/decrease the volume. That’s a deal breaker to me. Otherwise there aren’t any complaints.
