No volume control
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First impression: Some good, some bad. I'm feeling rather conflicted about giving a definitive buy/dont-buy suggestion. The unit is easy to set up and comfortable to wear. Connecting (disconnecting) the device is as easy as with other Jabra devices, however doing so results in the message "mobile connected (disconnected)", whereas Jabra Extreme 2 simply intones "connected (disconnected)" which I prefer. Not a biggie if you don't mind mechanical voices. I love the "voice command" feature (though "volume up" and "volume down" commands do not work, which admittedly might be an Android issue). The real killer is that there is no volume control on the Stealth+ itself. Is this important? Yes! In your car you don't want to be fiddling with your phone to increase/decrease headset volume.

Lightweight
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was hoping to replace my Edge Bluetooth that recently stopped working and save $30 dollars. , just wish it came with more than 2 earbuds ( left / right ), after an hour it caused my ear to ache. Ended up returning it and bought the Edge which I have been very happy with

Good on comfort for long sessions of use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Many bluetooth headsets are not comfortable for long usage sessions. This one is without having to spend a lot and comes with spare rubber ear fittings.

Not enough volume!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Appearance and comfort I'd give it a 4, range a 3, sound quality (when I can hear it) a 4. If you use this BT while working in a loud environment (office, car etc.) unless you have super bionic ears it will be difficult to hear it. I've owned many BT headsets...never one that limited the sound so much as this one. My last BT was the plantronics edge, volume is plenty loud and clear...and I can walk away from my phone, out of the house to the street until it starts to static. This Jabra Stealth starts to static up as soon as I walk out of the room. My main gripe with this BT headset is the volume...I can barely hear it in most situation. Google "jabra stealth volume" on your own to find multiple pro reviews stating that the volume is too low. Jabra support was quick to respond...but not much help. I have adjusted the profile settings etc...and still can't get more volume out of it. What good is a BT headset if you can't hear it? At that point...looks and comfort don't matter.

Poor support from Jabra
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t bother to register with Jabra as this has nothing to do with warranty. I bought my Jabra Stealth 8/4/15, registered it on 8/6/15. Started having issues with the device beginning of Oct. called Jabra for warranty service and so began the run around to prove I had purchased the device. 1st email; provide name, address, phone and name of device. 2nd email now they need original receipt. Is this not why you register the device? Nope this is so they can send you Junk email. 3rd email; if no receipt then they need manufacture code consisting of 2 numbers and one letter or 4 digits with a bar between them off of the device which the device does not have. Sent pics of all codes on device, still not good enough. Contacted Best buy to obtain a copy of receipt. Received email from best buy showing electronic copy of receipt. Nope not good enough, had to be in PDF format….really????

Does the job.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paired to my iPhone 6s Plus. Work great most of the time. Occasionally I get static interference that isn't audible to the person on the other end but it is distracting. However, no one can tell I'm on an ear piece and the caller's voice is loud and clear. Pairs quickly to my phone after turning it on. Has not failed yet. If you leave it on overnight the battery will be dead.

Jabra Stealh+ Subpar Volume and Noise Cancelling
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Stealh+ is the first and probably last Bluetooth device from Jabra that I have purchased. I find that the call quality is decent but the volume is too low and that noise cancellation is poor. In windy environments, the conversation gets cut out on both sides and sometimes there is a strange harmonic sound. My last Bluetooth from Plantronics was half the price and worked twice as well. Unfortunately, I missed my 2-week window to return. I thought it was 30 days. Best Buy is probably NOT your best choice for gift giving!

I've had better!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Earpiece is just okay. Sound quality is pretty good, but does not have a volume control. What I can't stand is the fact that it disconnects from phone so often!! Looking to return, and make another purchase.

Not comfortable no noise reduction
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recieved this product as a gift and have been disapointed from the start. For the price you pay it should have a smaller speaker that actually stays in the ear and doesnt become uncomfortable after a short period of time. I am used to having earphones in all day long that do not bother me such as sony ear buds. Features of the jabra headset are good , it is easy to connect and voice commands are easy to use . Speaker is powerfull and clear when the speaker stays in your ear. I tried using different attachments provided but still bothered my ear. I evan had my wife try it for ten minutes and she understood what I was complaining about. It would be great with a smaller speaker which I saw jabra sells now. And or short phone calls in the car. Not something you can leave in your ear for a long car ride.

Great in ear hands free ear piece

It's ok
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't like bluetooth headsets with over the ear piece so I went with this, it's lightweight and it"s comfortable in my ears. The downside is the battery doesn't last long enough as the plantronics voyager ( which I had but hated after using the over the ear part) and noise cancellation is okay.

Works well except around traffic
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well except when surrounded by traffic noise. When I used it as I was walking on the sidewalk, next to passing cars, the person I was talking with heard a loud screech-like noise every time a car passed by. Otherwise the headset worked fairly well in quiet environments

Does Ok
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The bluetooth itself works fine. However, after five short months the ear gel does not fit the bluetooth and comes off while wearing, as well as when the bluetooth is removed. Contacted customer services, this is a part that is not covered. Have to shell out 10.00 bucks to get a new one. The rep did offer a 20% discount, but the gel should hold up longer than a few months with minimal wear-- it is not worn but for short periods of time. At the rate of $10.00 every few months-- that will start to add up and not make much sense. Will go with a different brand next time around.

Not the best by far!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device is definitely the worst Bluetooth device I've used. The battery has been horrible since I got it. Once I integrated the app, the battery only ran down faster. The buttons aren't the best. I keep my device in my pocket and when my phone rings, I have to pull out the device and the buttons are easily pushed in the process. I'm sure there are better devices. I would not suggest giving this thing a try. Go with another brand. Can I give this junk zero stars?
