I believe this headset is defective.

This one is glitchy & often lets go of my phone. The volume sticks on high & even then won't go nearly as loud as my Jabra Stealth, did.

volume a little low and battery not great

Battery life is fair will just make 8 hours with only 1 hour of talk time in a day. May depend on how far phone is away. does have good reception from 50' to 70' from phone

Great Bluetooth Ear piece

This fits very comfortably and secure for normal head movement. It is extremely simple to set up and use. And the added security of it being tough enough to handle bumps, drops and water, but yet still the size of your finger is priceless! This one even comes with wind socks to block annoying wind sounds in the mic.

Very happy with the design.
