I actually purchased this headset as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves the crisp sound quality.

was on vacation when wife's blue tooth quit. we purchased this one and she is in love with it. long battery life, good sound, fits ear great.

Bought this for my husband who wears it all day. It sounds like he's in a tunnel and we can't hear him. No volume control on the device..(I've read the manual mult. times). Also, voice commands don't work well. Wasted money on this one.

After having the Jabra Stealth+ for two weeks I had to trade it in for the Jabra Steel. Stealth overheated and refused to charge within 2 wks of purchase. The Steel does the job perfectly. I have traveled all over Europe with it this past week and it has held up with no issues. This is my 4th Jabra earpiece that I have owned and it is the best thus far.

This, like so many others, works great with one phone, but not so well with two! After short period, the ear peace has static on calls and has to be reset to work again!

Noise cancellation and comfort are not as good as the Plantronics edge but it does seem very rugged.

Overall the unit is light and fits well but the audio quality is lacking. Never seemed like I could get enough volume out of it and always struggled to hear. Returned after 2 weeks.

Range great works excellent! Auto connects to my computer and phone automatically every time.

Unless you have rabbit ears this is very uncomfortable, I tried all the ear pieces none fit good. No volume control , no background noise cancellation so if you are driving a truck good luck hearing the other person,

I tried every blue tooth that AT&T had to offer and did not meet my requirements. Went to Best Buy and found the Jabra Steel blue tooth and it offered all the requirements that I was looking for.. It is the best blue tooth that is have had in years, I have been wearing blue tooths for the past 8 years. Its the best one that I have used. very good buy

Great heavy duty product, quick full charge battery, and good time lasting charge.

Good mikrophone but I can't hear a lot of calls. I don't know if it's the caller is talking to low,or if the ear pice does nit have enough volume. Am working with Jabra support to try and come up with a remedy.
