Unit works very well and wife is happy, need I say more!!!

The buttons are not easy to find when wearing. The ear pads are very uncomfortable. Sound quality is good but battery dies very quickly

I will recommend this to a friend to get his immediately

I'm a locksmith (tradesmen) I've lost and broken my share of headsets. I lost this one in the grass at a customers house. Found it 4 days later after 2 Thunder storms, the only problem it was dead, charged it up it its still going.

Works great for a retired truck driver! There is just a bit of background noise, not much. We returned 3 of another brand in as many months because they stopped working but this one has been working just fine!

Tough construction, would prefer volume/song control on the headset as I use a lot for music. Good for calls. No complaints there.

I work around equipment, in a noisy environment, the volume was too low and the noise countsulation did not work very well.

This Bluetooth has an excellent microphone, so when I’m talking it’s very clear on the other end even I’m whispering.. the only thing I wish they have is different size of ear hooks because the one I got is too big for my ears.. over all I love this item

It didn’t fit in my ear. I guess I have bad luck with my ears. Probably would have been fine if it wasn’t that.

Not all that satisfied. The volume is too low, and it constantly fall out of my ear!

I purchased this Bluetooth earpiece because it said it was for heavy duty use. I needed it so I could speak with my wife in another car while I was driving a convertible with the top down. It worked great

This is my fourth one I've purchased and love it. Bought my wife I've too and she loves it. Its great for me worth the type of work I do and best part is not having to pick up my phone while driving

Needs to either have volume buttons, or (even better) a setting within their app, to control the volume.

Volume too low, work around construction, cannot figure how to stop(turn off) auto / voice answering. Well built

I have never found a good Bluetooth earbud that don’t hurt my ears and still have not. Sound quality is ok but there is no volume adjustment.

Sound is great, volume great, ease of use great. I would recommend this product to everyone! Gps locator helped me find it in my 2 year old son's room after he ran off to play with it!

I was intrigued by this head set due to suppose to be resistant to harsh environment. Also to be rugged. I liked the buttons and one click for voice command. The volume for it was the deciding factor. Not loud enough could not hear anything unless in a quite environment. Plus the noise canceling was not that good. I returned it after a week.
