Very easy to set up Easy to use the buttons Good functionality and works well with iPhone. My only complaint is that it is somewhat uncomfortable and begins to hurt your ear much more so than other your pieces I've used in the past

This headset is great on volume and very durable. I walked in the rain the other day without any issues from my headset. The kit came with various ear pieces and a charging chord.

Controls are awkward, the answer/activate button is a tiny stiff switch that is difficult to feel and sometimes does not depress when pushed. When talking on the phone, everyone said it sounded like I was in a tunnel and they couldn't understand me. Doesn't live up to the price

The battery meter does not work, the ear loop fits lose and cannot be adjusted. My ear hurt after 15 minuets of wearing it.

Former plantronics user, rubber broke down after 2 years and decided to try this jabra model (warranty for 4 years.) It lacks some interphase features with the android phone and battery life does not make it quota on life.

Good product, but could not turn volume up. There is no volume switch to adjust volume.

This is a really good, easy to use head set, but the volume was not quite loud enough for my fading hearing. Passed it on to an employee 15 years younger than I and he loves it.

I've gone through so many bluetooth headsets because they all seem to start malfunctioning within months of purchase. This Jabra model is clear, easy to use and convenient.

I liked the feel of the unit. But it would disconnect itself all the time while in use.

I loved everything about this unit except the fit and the volume. It was made for bigger ears and no way to adjust. Also there is no volume control so you could barely hear alone in the car much less in any other environment. All the other features were perfect.

This was my second one i"ve purchased. the other one I've had for years and still worked great until I lost it. I was so impressed with it I bought another one.

Nice peace of equipment connects to iPhone very well every time. Just not loud enough.

Great earbud, especially for noise cancellation which is what I was looking for. Everyone can hear me even in the most harsh background noises.

I've gotten a few dropped calls but the noise cancellation is pretty good.

insert is to loose can't keep in place and if it turns too much you can't hear

Great set, stylish and minimal but I wish that there were more selections of different size gels in addition to the different ear sides. if they had an option for this than this would get 5 stars all day.

I love the way it fits and I'm a working man that works in the bad weather all the time like rain. I don't have to worry about getting it wet.
