Appeared to be working good at first, unfortunately noise cancelling for party on opposite end not so good. Plantronics version much better only without the waterproof shockproof feature. I had a Plantronics before and dropped it off of the top of a 1 story building onto pavement. It still worked fine. Don't know about waterproof on either one. I ended up bringing back the Jabra and exchanging for Plantronics. Much better overall.

The earpiece overall is good and sturdy. The one thing the earpiece has an issue with is the answer command. The piece does not always respond.

Well made but no volume control. You can't hear the other person when your in a noisy area.

This is the second one I have bought, only had to get a second because I washed the 1st one lol. This one is even better with the yellow earpiece. Much easier to find

The sound quality is good. This is my 4th I think. I have lost a few. And sometimes they don't work so well after months, but I found out that if I delete the device and then pair it again, the problems resolve.

I have bought and used several headsets over my lifetime and this one is far and above the best and at a very reasonable price. Owned many other ones that were way more expensive but no comparison to this one.

Tried this unit for about 3 days and ended up with a painful ear each day after using it. Returned the unit.

Voice commands did not work very good, when responding with 'answer' 50% of the time it would not respond. Had to almost yell for it to answer. Also would disconnect the bluetooth connection even with the phone right next to me. Sorry, had to return.

It did not seem to fit right in my ear , so was basically popping out....

This would be a great product except! There's NO volume control on the device. You're stuck with controlling the volumes from the phone. There is no amplifier and this makes this ear piece extremely difficult to hear in a vehicle with closed windows. But it's a very well built and rugged design.

I am a heavy machine operator and the volume is very low and hard to hear.

Not the best Bluetooth I've had. It is hard and doesn't fit well.

I got this after it was explained to me that since I'm in a commercial vehicle I cannot be on the phone while driving. It fit perfectly in my ear and made answering phone calls 1000 times easier

Unable to adjust to equipment in my ear. Used to visor equipment. Have to use hands to answer calls.

Our company has tried many Bluetooth headsets with the same problem they will not go loud enough for the industry that we work in. These will go wild enough and they have a great warranty.

This is the best and has the loudest volume. I have had a lot of blue tooth headsets and this one is the smallest with loudest volume without having a huge thing stuck to your head.

Purchased for my grandmother because she has a tendency to put her phone on speaker, hold it away from her face, and scream into it. Easy to use and has curbed her screen scream.

It said it had noise cancellation but it don't people can hear everything in the background

Difficulty hearing. Put my phone in my pocket and it disconnects. Not comfortable.
