I had to return it though because the part that actually goes in your ear is a little harder than the Sheath so it wasn't that comfortable. I bet it's the size of my ear though. So if you have larger ears it will work for you.

It is uncomfortable and far too quiet to be used in the trades, which is what it was designed for. No volume control on the device seems like a bad idea to me.

The earpiece was extremely painful to wear for more than an hour at a time. I put it away and had to purchase a different earpiece.

The on/off button is difficult to find as is the call answer button is hard to work. I have had other Jabra models which were much easier to use, and due to user fault, have been lost.
