I'm glad I bought this little item. It IS little though. If you are fat-fingered like me it can be a little hard to operate. I also cant see well so reading the instructions was a bit difficult. I finally wiggled my way thru learning to use it though and it has been very handy and dependable

The ear phone was on sale. So I decided to try it. All the Jabra products were on sale. Wonder if they are discontinuing the Jabra line. If they had several different sizes on ear pieces would be a better gadget

I have had several Bluetooth earpieces over the years -- including other Jabra earpieces. This one is comfortable, clear, fits very nicely, and does not make my ear hurt, ache, or cause pain of any kind. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and easy to pair. Nice receiving.

Good sound in and out. I was having trouble hearing with a good protective phone case. this is very clear. Sometimes people have to tell me to be more quiet with this on. The only problem I have with it is that it doesnt go 11 hours . It is is a good halfway there though.

Battery life is awesome and charges fast. Quality is good overall, buttons are very easy to use. Would be better if you could control volume on the earpiece as well, but overall one of the best earpieces I have used.

I found the earpiece to be an excellent purchase and just what I needed. I spend several hours a day on the device and it has not failed me yet! The only downside is that there is not an independent volume control and in some conditions it is not loud enough.

There is three ear pieces, one on by default. None of them will fit a small ear canal. If you do not have huge ears and ear canals, look elsewhere.

I love the hands free when driving or at home busy doing what ever. I love the 6 hours I get before time to recharge. The ear piece fits well and very comfortable. Over all more than I expected!!!!

Great on noise on other end of phone but hurts ear and volume is very low I can't hear other person

This is great it holds a charge and sound is great. I have an otter box on my phone and ppl cant hear me well this works great! Only con is it doesn't come with a case (im using my old one)

I bought this for family member very happy and please with product.

Sometimes it is hard to hear because it picks up background noise.

As odd as this may sound, I have pretty small ears because I'm petite. I always struggled to find Bluetooth headsets that actually fit me and didn't fall out. Jabra is the only brand that works for me. This model doesn't look the most appealing to me, but it definitely works, doesn't fall out, and it's durable enough that my 2 year old hasn't broken it yet. It's an accomplishment...trust me.

I work in construction,so wanted a durable headset. So far, so good. (But the volume is kinda low...)

This is awesome for someone who needs that extra little protection from the elements like drops in puddles, rain and the occasional swat at the fly that send your gear flying... stands up to alot of punishment and works great.

Great sound quality and good call clarity. Did not fit well into my ear and kept falling out.
