Stays in your ear with the hooked in-ear gel piece with or without the over the ear attachment. Only complaint is that the volume seams a little low since it does not seat completely in the ear canal.

However, the headset keeps disconnecting and connecting. This may be a problem with other bluetooth products my phone is also trying to connect to.

I used it for conference calls and would wear it for long periods of time. Maybe switching the ear piece cover would help.

Great ear piece for working outside.
