I can hear everything clearly and it seems who I'm talking to can also hear me clearly. No yelling to make sure I'm heard. It's perfect for when I need it.

I was horribly wrong! This device is difficult and clumsy to put on. If you wear glasses or wear sunglasses while driving, your glasses will cause the ear piece to pop out of your ear which happened to me as I drove while talking. The ear insert itself does not fit inside or close to the inside of your ear. You have to really jam the thing inside if you want to hear and be heard. If you want a reliable and good quality ear piece, go for a much cheaper Jabra. I wish I had.

We are sorry to hear you had issues with the fit on the Jabra Storm. If the headset is not sitting in the ear properly it does greatly effect the volume. Some people prefer over the ear, some on the ear and others in the ear. The Jabra Storm is an over the ear. It's not recommended for people with glasses. In the ear wearing styles usually work better for people with glasses.

I cant directly attribute it to the unit but other Bluetooth devices didn't seem to have the same problem. It did work well when connections were clean though.
