Good unit. Feels right and pairs easily etc. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it drops connectivity in the middle of a call. Very annoying. But it is a clear sound, with no background noise pickup.

Thought this would be a good solution - stays on your ear, has a good battery and hoped it would have good sound quality. Sound quality wasn't good and had lots of trouble charging it.

I had ear buds before but I like this wireless Bluetooth ear piece because the buds make my ears sore this does not and I can hear just as good if not better

Very comfortable, easy to wear for long periods of time. Usually has good reception but will sometimes get "tinny", and squelch. Have not been able to ascertain a cause for this effect. Have had plenty of bars and LTE reception.

I had the plantronics which is similar in form. When my plantronics broke I decided to give this one a try. It's hard to get on and people told me the sound quality was poor. I ended up returning it and going back to the plantronics.

I bought the bluetooth for my husband.. frequently not the best reception (possibly low price direct relationship to quality?) Also neither of us are techies maybe poor reception w/phone during those times of static

Pros - voice prompts when a call is incoming. Good clarity and volume. Cons - sometimes hard to find buttons. If the gel earpiece comes off, hard to get to fit right and seat correctly in your ear.

I love this thing. It has great range and excellent sound quality. My wife doesn't even know I'm using it due to the crystal clear sound quality.

This bluetooth was purchased for my husband who is an automotive mechanic. It does not fall off his head while working and it has great sound.

Use it in the car and in the field, works great. Good sound quality and people can hear me as easily as I hear them.

Did not fit my inner ear, returned with some problems which shocked me , missing items the return counter said , I tried it and didn't like the fit .

Battery life stated it would last 9 hours but in all fairness maybe a little over half that time. Also, distortion would be evident when my phone was in my back pocket. I returned this item.

It's claim is for wind, but nothing special. Overall a good Bluetooth but not sure I would buy it again. Ear piece pops off to easy in my briefcase and totally lost earpiece after about a week.

Battery doesn't last. It will need some type of repair in a month. If you must have this item then you also must have a Best Buy warranty to cover it when it stops working... Because it will.

The product is poor - & I wish I can return - but no box. Quality of reception is good, quality of sending (people on other side of call) is super poor. 10 people complaint. Just a bad product

Bought it for my wife. She loves it, especially while driving. Much easier and more comfortable than her previous Bluetooth.

I really like this Bluetooth earpiece. The features, ease of use and sound are all great. This is my first over the ear setup.

I have gone through a lot of Bluetooths to find this one but it is one of the most affordable top end earpieces that I have found that does what it says it will do

Sets a good standard as to look for in ear piece. does not work well when wearing glasses. has a (with glasses on) tendency to work it self out and off your ear

I bought this to replace my PTL legend that I've had for years. I read the reviews and it compared favorably to my old one, so I gave it a try. #1 it's hard to plug the charging cable into. #2 the listening volume is barely audible in my truck (even with the windows up).#3 even with the wind sock on the microphone EVERYONE I talked to complained about the back ground noise, even if I wasn't driving. I've gone back to the PTL even though it won't stay connected to my phone, at least when it is I can have a conversation.
