Bad sound quality

The ear piece is not designed very well and is not loud enough. Callers could hear all the background noise and made it unpleasant for them to talk to me.

The earpieces are too big & won't stay in your ear & cause the headset to fall off. The huge downfall is that this headset automatically answers your call on the first ring without your knowledge. I guess it's better than nothing but I wouldn't buy another one.

Clear ear bud quick sync

I liked this feature of a Windsock for the boom for outside calls. Clear calls and quick sync when a call comes in. It does have a battery saving sleep mode automatically so at time on earpiece you flip on and off to re sync.
