Great sounding earpiece.

Press and hold the answer button for two seconds and I am able to use my Pixel XL's "OK Google" feature. Very good noise canceling and a wind blocking foam cover work well outside or in the car.

fantastic Mothers Day Gift

They are always super helpful at this store! The hands free device doesn't hurt my mothers ears, like the ones that go into the ear do. The over the ear models are a no brainer.

Ear Bud Falls Off Limited Features

The headset is designed to be used on either left or right ear but it wont stay in either. The rubber changeable ear bud is so thin for "comfort" that it is too flexible and falls off the headset. It also does not comfortably fit into the ear. The sound quality is great when you can tilt your head to keep in in place. I am also disappointed in the lack of easily reachable buttons and features. Plugging in the charger is inconvenient and requires opening a tiny port and plugging in a cable to a USB charger. Many competitor models have a much more convenient magnetic charger and USB to Bluetooth adapter included. I cannot stress enough how much I wish I did not buy this headset.
