I work in vacation rentals, and when 8 out of ten calls say I cant hear you, you sound muffled, in a wind tunnel, just horrible!! By the time I disconnect the headset and put on the speaker we are both frustrated!! I hear them perfect, so issues must be in the microphone?? Going to return and find one that makes life : )
