Great Bluetooth that fits over your ear

Very good microphone

Most small Bluetooth headsets aren't able to cut through the truck noise though, resulting in difficult phone calls. With this headset, I am able to hear the other party and be heard clearly. Very happy with this purchase.

Great NOT in the ear headset

I am on the phone for hours everyday and this is both comfortable and holds a charge a long time. Highly recommend if you don't like headsets that stick in your ear (like most of them do).

This headset is okay.

The earpiece is supposed to adjust depending on the noise level. There are many times I can't hear and there's nothing to adjust volume. Not to thrilled with it.

She first wanted the cheapest thing possible, after using it for a bit, she needed a higher quality one. This seems to fit the bill. Sounds as good as the phone, I'd never know she was using the bt.
