This does work well, but very uncomfortable to wear. I could only use it for a few minutes. I have since gotten an over the ear headset (Mono ) and it works very well.

No complaints about this headset. Fits comfortably over my ear and everyone that I speak with says that they can hear me fine. I am also impressed with how quickly it syncs with phones, even when I link it to both my personal and work phone at the same time.

Bought this as a gift for my older parent. She found it comfort and easy to operate.

This product worked effectively right out of the box and has functioned flawlessly so far. It required practically no set up. It had a low price relative to similar products and was recommended by a Best Buy employee as a good product for the price.

Battery life was not what I was hoping it would have been.

the battery life on this is good and lasts quite a long time. There is no way to adjust the volume and it is quite high. I will be returning this item

The device has great sound quality, both for listening and talking. Others say they can hear me just fine. It’s also nice, to be able to have the set rest of the games by here rather than having to stick it in my ear.

I would loved to keep it but my ears are very sensitive and started hurting after having it on my ear for awhile. I was disappointed because I thought it would work for me. It's a nice Bluetooth.

So, let's break this down by good, bad, and ugly. The Good: + Larger than usual speaker driver means listening to music or videos over this is usually a lot cleaner than a typical mono bluetooth earpiece + Very light + Charges quickly + Incoming audio is quite clear + Being that I normally detest in-ear attachments, the one provided with this one is very comfortable and manages to keep it secure for most casual things you might do. The bad: - Battery life is not great - in-ear adapter is not very secure if you're moving your head about a lot, like if you're working under the hood while listening, it can fall out easily. And now, the ugly: ~ The ear clip, which I was buying it for, was annoyingly too tight and put uncomfortable pressure on my ear. ~ Volume control is handled by the paired device, not the earpiece itself. ~ On its own, it is not "Ok Google" compatible. Meaning, just idly speaking it with the phone enabled to recognize that key phrase doesn't do anything. In the end though, it was still very good and very usable.

The first head set that stays on my ear and feels comfortable

I purchased this bluetooth ear piece when my old earpiece broke. I find this earpiece works well, but where my old earpiece told me that I was connected to a receiver and how many hours before I ran out of power, this model only tells me that I am connected to a paired receiver.

The earpiece is uncomfortable and I can only wear this for an hour before I need to put it down. Audio is slightly faint but people have no issues hearing me. Pairing was very easy.

I bought this for my wife to use. She doesn't like ear buds and this was the one I found that didn't use anything sticking in the ear itself. The controls are a bit on the smaller side, I wouldn't be able to use it on a daily basis, but my wife has no problem using the controls.
