It's exactly what I expected. A great product used daily.

This product was convenient and would have served my needs well had I been able to turn the volumn up. It has some kind of auto sound and it was just too low for me to use.

I do not like the fact that there is no volume control on ear piece. This and the fact that you must open the phone to check battery life defeats the hands free premise

It does what it is supposed to do without any hitches.

It is good for the prize. It was a little too strong holding on my ear and it did not have caller recognition. I will still recommend best buy to my friends.

I do not care for this at all...It is just to bulky on the ear and it is difficult to hear. It simply just sits there, I feel the ear piece itself is just too small for this type device. I have had over the ear headphones before...but this just does not work well. If you just flat do not like an ear bud or cannot not have one in your ear, maybe htis would work for you. I just did'nt like it.

It is an easy bluetooth device which connects with my phone flawlessly. It informs you when it connects with the phone and when the battery runs low.(verbally). The bluetooth headset is very compact and is easy to wear.

I purchased this for my husband for the third time. He he has lost one and run over another with the car. He has had other models of the same brand but will only use this one now.

This product was not for me. The piece that goes behind your ear was tight and hurts your ear. No way to adjust and it is hard plastic. Just not for me.

When I wear this Bluetooth headphone, I look like I am talking to myself in the car. There’s nothing wrong with it, it just is not the most comfortable after a while.

Considering the Hands-Free laws in many areas, a bluetooth device is almost a requirement for a person who spends a couples hours in the car. I am glad I bought it. Reception is clear.

my wife loves this earpiece. it fits on the outside of the ear so it's not all feeling like someone has their finger in her ear, she doesn't like when I stick my finger in her ear...

Unlike other earpieces, this one rests on your ear without you really feeling its presence. Others that have to snuggle inside the ear have never felt comfortable for me. Battery life is ok and sound quality is decent enough too.

I bought it for work, and use it every day. Love how if I have it turned off and my phone rings once I turn it on it automatically answers the call. It took some getting use to where the buttons are located.
