Best quality device but not compactable with each phone

Great Bluetooth, my first bluethooth and I like it!!

Basic bluetooth. Sound is ok. You get what you pay for

The Jabra Bluetooth is very uncomfortable on the ear. It pokes the inside of my ear giving me an earache. I only used it for a short time until I could get a different one.

No manual needed. Conforms well to ear. Easy to use.

It would have got a 5 but the calls keep dropping.

The device was easy to set up but not what I was expecting. I was told background noise was easily heard. The plastic ear clip was also uncomfortable. Returned....

I had this brand for over 7yrs,. It has been left in the rain over nite,and I found it because of blue blinking light in the dark, and it still works. But now it finally played out. So I decided to buy another one. Thanks for good quality.

Works well generally and is comfortable to wear, although it tends to drop connection if you don't make or receive a call within a certain period of time. Forcing re-connection is a fair trade for the comfort.

The sound is ok, but HD Voice is a cellphone feature, not a description of the quality of the microphone. When my wife uses this she sounds like 1990. The year. Not any kind of band or anything.

Sometimes the device is difficult to put on, connectivity is pretty good, sometimes I have issues with connecting. I believe my phone has trouble connecting. Hearing is good on either end.

This Bluetooth is the best one I ever purchased.. thanks to the worker at Best Buy.. and her knowledge of the Bluetooth.. she was awesome and gave me the correct information about.. this was the best choice at a good price

This gets my Best Buy rating! I've bought several of these (I travel a lot and have a tendency to leave things behind) and they are the most convenient, easy to use headsets I've yet to try. Good noise filtering capability.

For a grandma, it was very easy to use. I always have concerns when buying new tech products. I drive frequently through Delaware and Maryland, which requires hands free phones . Jabra has filled that requirement.

The earpiece is ok in terms of sound quality but comfort is a definite con..after about an hour this earpiece hurts really bad..

So far I am well pleased with the quality for the head set I purchased. The clarity which the person I am speaking with is great as well as being able to hear clearly the person to whom I am speaking with.

I bought it as a gift for my husband because he drives and without that he can not attend the calls that are super important in his work. It works perfectly and I got it at a very good price.

It is incredible that after spending so much money for expensive Blue Tooth, like Boze, finally I have the one that I'm staying with. Ease to set up, easy to use in both ears and comfortable. Thank you

This was a great purchase. I usually look at reviews before buying but I needed a ear piece badly for my phone. It fits perfectly and will not fall off your ear like similar products. This was a great buy!
