I too was having a hard time hearing the other callers. The piece that goes around the ear is uncomfortable and this product is not friendly used.

Posted .Hello INeedADumbPhone - We were sorry to read that you had some troubles with the fit of your Jabra Style+. Most users find the Style+ more comfortable than other headsets that have to be inserted into the ear. The "size" of the ear hook that comes in the Style+ is adjustable - just slide it in and out of the receptacle, as needed, for the best fit and comfort. As for the inconvenience of recharging your Style, unfortunately, Bluetooth headsets contain a battery which require this periodically. Thank you for your review.
