The biggest issue is that the ear loop piece is not large enough to go around my ear to fit comfortably. And, unfortunately they don’t provide additional loops to fit.

The Jabra Style+ is an on the ear wearing style. People with glasses may find this style a little more difficult to get used to or work with. Maybe take the unit back with your receipt and exchange it for one of our other devices mentioned above? You may find you like that wearing style better.
