I'm giving this headset a poor rating because even with Geek Squad assistance I couldn't pair it with my phone although product literature and the "always knowledgeable" sales people said it was compatible. Perhaps I was led astray and perhaps it works well with other phones.

However, the other day it stopped charging, so now I have to solve that problem. I did buy the warranty though, so I now have to figure out how to get it replaced. UGH!

It works for 5 minutes then shuts off voice communication. Then a few minutes later it just stops working and you have to reset it. Worst headset ever. Do not buy.
