No other BT has ever done that. Unsafe for him to constantly make/receive calls due to poor quality.

The volume control takes some getting use to and I really wish it had a way to play and pause music because the sound is very nice. The hook over the ear can hurt if you don't position it right. I had a problem with some voice distortion so I decided not to keep it.

Good Sound, Poor Noise Cancellation and Fit

That said the noise cancellation leaves a lot to be desired and the ear clip should be marketed as a torture device. I literally can't bear to wear this for more than 30 minutes at a time. Very poor design on the ear clip.

The weight feels different too so I don't trust it to stay in my ear without the over ear hook. That is a bit inconvenient to me. The reception is terrible when the battery gets low but there is no warning when that happens. I like my last one better and just didn't feel like returning this one since it works fine.

It's either too loud or too quiet. I can pair it with two devices but after talking for about twenty minutes, the person on the other end cannot hear anything I'm saying. I've had more lost calls due to this reason than for anything else. I do like the fact that this one sits on the ear and not in the ear. Comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time. Too bad I can't return it now...get something different if you're looking for a new headset.
