    I have purchased several of these same units. I will admit that I work in different harsh environments. Hot attics in the summer, cold weather outdoors. They just don't hold up like they once did. The fit and sound quality is good but the last three I bought have connection issues. The last two keep loosing connection and plays the connection lost tone in my ear. One started to sound like it had a broken speaker after about a week. Another the answer button broke. I really did like this bluetooth especially for the money and since I can loose a bluetooth because of the areas and body positions I find my self in for work, these were great. If I lost it in an attic, I can just go buy another. Unfortunately, the quality is not the same. The last two I have are now giving me problems and I will be switching to another brand. I hate to do it because they do have a nice fitted tip for in the ear use but that's no good to me if they are going to fail very rapidly. "in weeks or a couple of months"

    Great Bluetooth Headset for the price

    I bought this Jabra Talk 15 headset to replace another Jabra headset that I had lost. I'm still figuring out the little differences between the two, but I find this is comfortable to wear most of the time. Sometimes it makes the little "bump" in my ear sore, but not enough that it is uncomfortable to wear. I like that you can use it on either ear. The on/off switch is in an awkward place for me. I have to remember to turn it on before I put it in my ear. All in all, I would buy it again. And I probably will since I've manage to lose two headsets already.

    I'm not really impressed with this Bluetooth. I purchased it because of the price but in this instance I guess I got what I paid for. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I have a tendency to lose my Bluetooth so I went with something less expensive. However it doesn't feel secure in my ear and always feels like it's going to fall off and whenever I try to push it in my ear, I inadvertently hang up on whomever I'm speaking to. Next time I'll spend a little more money to have a better quality product.

    I don’t have Bluetooth in my 2005 truck so I was going to replace the entire stereo for an upgraded Bluetooth stereo so I can make and receive calls which was going to cost me $699. However, my niece told me to get a Bluetooth ear piece instead for a lot less. I found this product at my local Best Buy and was completely surprised how powerful it was and didn’t irritate my ear. So far, I am loving my new ear piece. My truck is the only vehicle that we own that doesn’t have Bluetooth so it is nice to finally have something so I can be on the phone and not get pulled over for.

    I really like it and think it's very good value for money and I'm happy with the item. The reason why it's not got 5 stars from me is because it sometimes loses pairing with the mobile phone 5's and I find that the piece that wraps around my ear the smallest one of the two is still too big which makes the Jabra move about and sometimes come loose which is annoying. Having said that I like the function that beeps when you start to get out of range of your phone,I really like that cos I always know if iv left it behind

    I've owned a half-dozen Bluetooth headsets over the years and this is my second Jabra talk 15, having lost my first one a couple of weeks ago. I like the way this comes with multiple rubber earpieces and two different ear hooks so I can get an almost perfect fit. The sound quality is excellent, rivaling that from much more expensive options. I am very happy with his headset and when it comes time to replace it I will be looking for another one of these.

    Small and light weight

    The earpiece is very light weight. It can be worn on left or right ear. The unit itself is reasonably small, but I find the controls are too sensitive in some cases. (Off/on switch is not easy to reach if I am wearing it. The connect/disconnect button is to easily tripped when I try to adjust the fit for better hearing and disconnects the call at times. Overall, I don't find it as comfortable to wear as my previous head set is. The price is within reason, but I don't believe I would buy it again.

    It's a compromise

    This is a good spare Bluetooth headset that you can keep around the house or something. It doesn't stay in my ear well, personally. It doesn't get very loud or isolate sound well. But it does media, navigation directions, and voice assistant. And callers on the other end say I'm clear enough, but they can tell I'm in the car. Use of standard micro USB for charging is nice. Overall it's just OK but a good value if you're looking for a very basic headset.

    I purchased 2 of these headsets to use a Panasonic home phone. They are very easy to pair with the phone. One of the headsets is very clear sounding. The other one seems to have static. I am not sure if the static is because of the location of one of the phone. I purchased it when it was on sale. I think it is worth the money. I plan to exchange the one that has the static.

    I would recommend this Bluetooth to anyone. With this Bluetooth you have clear calls, long lasting battery and the blue light that flashes want be seen by others. The blue light is position on the inside so that it will be against your face. This is an awesome product. I've had 2 of my co- workers to purchase this same item. And one of the co-workers bought 2.

    On/off is hard to access + won't pair w/BT txmiter

    Paid a low price, and it works with tablet and phone, which is good at $15! But I wanted it to connect to my bluetooth transmitter connected to my TV like other Jabra's I have purchased will do. Also, on/off is on the back under the ear loop, and it's tiny, so you have to move the ear thing and it's a pain to switch. Other Jabra's have on/off on the side, or somewhere more acceessible.

    Completely stop connecting to note 9

    The sizes and prices of the Jabra talk 15 bluetooth is what attracted me to it. It fits really good in the ear,but will not connect to phone. I have tried many attempts. I actual got about 3 weeks out of it. I still like the product though. It announces the 2nd incoming call if you are on the phone. Would have given it 5 stars if only it would connect. Overall I really liked it.

    This is a great Bluetooth I have had it over a month and it works well don 't have to charge as often as some I've had before will recommend it to my friends my sister already bough one she stated it 's very nice and works well I was using another name brand of Bluetooth but I like this brand much better as always I like all products that Best Buy sells

    This headset is a great value and serves several purposes. It is great for calls and music, but the reason I purchased it was to pair it to my devices and use with the Recoil Laser Tag app. I was able to listen to the app's voice features and communicate with other players. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating was because it does not have music skip/play/stop controls.

    Decent but buttons are placed in terrible position

    I wish I could be more positive about this but this headset auto dials which can be a major problem if you aren't aware the headset is doing that. The button are not intuitive and it's easy to accidentally call someone back without intending to do so.. The quality and feature are otherwise pretty good but there are better options out there.

    Fair Headset, Underwhelming

    This headset was returned after a short time (approx. 3 days) due to the very poor pick up of voice and the tendency of the ear piece to slip. I'm aware part of this may just be from the shape of the ear and not the ear bud itself, but the poor microphone quality was a deciding factor on returning the headset.

    Bought it on sale to replace my Motorola headset. The Jabra was the lowest cost headset at Best Buy (while it was on sale). It was easy to set up, and stayed securely in place, but the sound quality had a tin can like sound, and the ear hook became uncomfortable in the short time I wore it. Returned it.

    simple to use and effective

    Wow! I purchased this headset so I could be hands free but also move from my desk for simple tasks while staying connected. Placement of the ear bud is easy, then a tap to answer or end a call. A USB port was included for charging the headset through the computer. So far no charging has been needed during the day.

    The good: Low price, easy to use, call button accessible and firm, basic design, functional, battery live and reliable. The Bad: Poor sound, poor noise cancelling, mediocre microphone, no intelligent function. You will never know how much charge is left until it goes out. The on/off button uncomfortable.

    Battery life, sound clarity and mic sensitivity are stellar. The mic even tunes out background noise to a minimum while amplifying my voice. Only downside is the ear bud starts to hurt my ear after a while and I have to switch it to the other ear. It is hard, but really comfortable
