The sound quality is good as far as voices, but it does pick up background noise easily, like a phone on speaker.

Very reliable

The only issue is that if I try to adjust it while it's in my ear, the button on the outside is very sensitive and will redial my last call. So, that can be annoying.

I've gone thru alot, due to mostly losing them. But I need one in order to use the phone, due to neck issues. I've tried more expensive, no real difference, except in the wallet.

The reason why it's not got 5 stars from me is because it sometimes loses pairing with the mobile phone 5's and I find that the piece that wraps around my ear the smallest one of the two is still too big which makes the Jabra move about and sometimes come loose which is annoying. Having said that I like the function that beeps when you start to get out of range of your phone,I really like that cos I always know if iv left it behind
