We have experienced no dropped calls and are able to hear each other significantly better now that she uses it.

I can hear clearly when driving or streaming music from my phone. When you walk more than 20 feet away there is a connectivity issue, especially if you go to another room. The buttons are very sensitive and you may end up dialing numbers by accident if you’re not careful

It’s OK but I wouldn’t buy it again

For example the volume isn’t haughty enough, it’s hard to make it stay in place when it’s on your ear, the on and off switch is confusing and hard to turn on when placed in ear. At times ppl have told me I sound like a robot when I use my Bluetooth.

The Jabra was the lowest cost headset at Best Buy (while it was on sale). It was easy to set up, and stayed securely in place, but the sound quality had a tin can like sound, and the ear hook became uncomfortable in the short time I wore it. Returned it.
