She can drive and do other stuff while having a private conversation. She still barely uses it, so I don't know how well it actually works.

Does it have a really poor design? Yes. Switch is on the inside, so you can't turn it on after it's in your ear to hear it tell you it's connected. You have to turn it on then put it in your ear, which doesn't seem so bad, except the button that will start a call is exactly where you would put your finger while attaching it to your ear. Terrible design, but the product does work nicely; however, it doesn't tell my phone how much battery life is left.

The disconnect button isn’t in a great spot (pressing back of device “in” disconnects call— allowing for potential inadvertent disconnects. Other than that it is a decent device for the price.
