One complaint people mentioned was a sore ear, you need to switch to the larger ear loop provided with the headset. It has pretty decent signal strength , I left my phone in the family room and can roam the house and still talk. Not bad at all for those on a budget or someone who wants one for occasional use such as hands free driving.
