I don't have a large or misshaped ear or anything. The loop is very narrow so its hard to put on, hurts to be on and pulls the in-ear portion, out of the ear. Ashamed because its a great price with all the features. Got it during pandemic so wasnt able to look it over at store and compare. They got me one at almost double the price but without some features.
