I’ve been a fan of the Motorola earpieces. They were about of stock so I choose the Jabra and am very pleased! The price was good, and it was easy to setup. The sound is good in both ends so I’m very happy with it and definitely recommend.

This bluetooth headset is pretty nice, but falls behind some of its older brothers. It's light and easy to wear, but tends to feel kind of plasticky, and it seems that it really can't take much of a beating. Sound quality is excellent on both ends; nobody has ever complained about my audio. In fact, I've been told I sound fantastic. Connectivity can be an issue at times; it will randomly disconnect from my phone. Battery life is also an issue; with a bit of heavy use it won't get through a whole day. On top of that, this device does not have a form of summoning my smart assistant; I have to unlock my phone in order to do it. Not a totally hands-free experience, but OK for a light user.

Pairs easily, has great sound, allows me to have long conversations while still getting other things done. The best thing about it is that when I use it my elderly mother can hear me!! She can’t hear me when I just talk into my iPhone. That makes this priceless for me, as I call her every evening to check on her and alleviate her loneliness.

This is a great Bluetooth I have had it over a month and it works well don 't have to charge as often as some I've had before will recommend it to my friends my sister already bough one she stated it 's very nice and works well I was using another name brand of Bluetooth but I like this brand much better as always I like all products that Best Buy sells

I was thinking for the price I paid it wouldn’t work well, but I was surprised. Also was skeptical of all the high reviews. I’m happy to say I was wrong. The sound quality is great. I use with my iPhone 8 Plus. The 3 beeps is a great feature to warn being out of range. I really like the ability to use with my map app so I can hear directions through it. I’ve only being using for a couple of days but so far I’m happy with my purchase.

Clear, comfortable to wear, with extra earpieces, this is a great bluetooth device. Walking down a sidewalk on a busy street I can, easily, carry on a conversation without distraction from background noise. The only drawback is that it does not audibly tell you how much charger time you have left (which my previous device did.) For the price I paid I can remember to charge up my device. If you not on your phone most of the day consider this.

I purchased it to replace one I had had for years and loved. I dont love this one as much because of the placement of the on/off switch and the ear hook. I think the on/switch is on a weird place, beside the part that fits in your ear. and is very difficult to operate while wearing it. The ear hook is difficult to place around my ear to the point where I hang up on people while trying to put it on. The sound and price are pretty good. Jabra needs to redesign this model.

Audio quality is good and the battery life is excellent, but the unit is uncomfortable to wear and the on/off switch is a DIP and clumsy to use. Discounted price was right for the quality.

I love my new Bluetooth excellent sound a few features that I didn’t have on the other Bluetooth. The price was good and some of the features like if i leave my pone some where besides my purse that carry when I’m out and about signal let’s me know . Went shopping and left pone in shopping cart and Bluetooth sent a alert sound that my pone wasn’t near me . Thank you for this update feature.

Great earpiece for everyday wear, it has several attachments to fit your ear. The sound and quality are great and at a low price you won’t regret the purchase if you need a basic Bluetooth. It holds a charge for hours this is better than the more costly Bluetooth earpieces I’ve purchased in the past. I’m very happy try to catch it on sale when it’s under $30.00

Pros; Its cheap enough. I just needed one for the car. Cons: it hurts my ear, it only works in about a 20 foot radias. If I walk away and go into another room it will shut down. The only use is to hear calls. It doesnt have commands like to call or turn off vocally like the expensive ones. Understandable its $20. So it does the job I bought for. I sewed on a peice of cloth onto the the ear peice so It not cut into my skin.

What can I say about this Bluetooth device. It’s light weight, clear when someone speaks to hear and clear when you speak. Very comfortable in your ear. There’s a light up indicator of the blue thooth connections as well as a battery indicator of how long battery talk time you have left. It’s a winner and keeper for me.
