The product works great for me and is a lot of help with keeping my phone away from my heart. The only problem I have with the product is that it needs to carry a charge for longer in my opinion.

It doesn't stay in my ear well, personally. It doesn't get very loud or isolate sound well. But it does media, navigation directions, and voice assistant. And callers on the other end say I'm clear enough, but they can tell I'm in the car. Use of standard micro USB for charging is nice. Overall it's just OK but a good value if you're looking for a very basic headset.
