Since it was introduced as the Jabra Talk nearly seven years ago, the Talk 15 has been a favorite of Jabra users for its great design, features, and audio quality. Like most consumer Bluetooth products, you should have a range of up to 30 feet between the headset and mobile device, depending on the environment. If you are getting significantly less than 6 hours of talk time (14 hours of standby time) from a full charge, we suggest you contact us for assistance. Thank you.

I gave an extra star because the headset seemed to work; but I'm returning it. (BTW Best Buy's 15 day return window is the most restrictive I have found) 1. The tiny instruction leaflet (in multiple languages) had only 2 pages in English. One was a diagram of the headset controls/features, the other only addressed bluetooth pairing. Nothing about wearing or operation. 2. I could not get them to fit comfortably (perhaps instructions would have helped). 3. Headset would not stay on; it fell off whenever I moved my head. Bottom line: I wold not recommend buying this headset.

My main issue with it is the short range; that is, how far you can go between the phone and earpiece before the connection drops. On that count I'm not so happy with it; the range is barely 10 feet or so. In fact, at times I'll have the cellphone in my pocket, and even just the distance between my waist area and the headset in my ear is enough to cause the connection to drop. The Jabra - Talk 25 and 35 models are better, so spend a little more and get a decent unit.
